I say allegedly because even though they make appearances every now and then no one is really sure what they're capable of or if there's anyone else behind them. One thing is for sure. Don't ever make a deal with them. They might give you what you ask for but the price is always steep and its not worth it.
The worst things are the curses. Those are kind of hard to explain. Each curse affects the city and it's residence differently. Like there was one curse where these statues came to life-- and if they caught you something really bad would happen. Or... sometimes people turn back into children.. or anything really. Just be careful, alright?
